Shipping & Returns
Every length is cut to order and dispatched from our studio with care. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Shipping
Standard Delivery
3–6 business days · ₹99. Free on all orders over ₹1,499.
Express Delivery
1–2 business days · ₹249, available on most pin codes.
Cash on Delivery
Available across India. Prices are inclusive of 5% GST at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email and can follow your parcel any time on our track order page.
7-day returns
If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Fabric must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags intact.
Because fabric is cut to your chosen length, cut lengths are made to order. We're happy to accept returns on cut fabric when the item arrives damaged, defective, or differentfrom what was ordered — just send a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as a bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
