Every length is cut to order and dispatched from our studio with care. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Shipping
Standard Delivery
3–6 business days · $8.00. Free on all orders over $150.00.
Express Delivery
1–2 business days · $20.00, available on most addresses.
We Ship Worldwide
India, US, UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Canada & Europe. Cash on Delivery within India; international orders are prepaid via a secure payment link.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email and can follow your parcel any time on our track order page.
7-day returns
If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Rolls must be unopened and in their original condition, with any labels intact.
We're happy to accept returns when a roll arrives damaged, defective, or differentfrom what was ordered — just send a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as a bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
