How does buying fabric by the metre work?+
Choose your fabric and set the length you need using the metre selector on the product page. We cut that exact length to order — so a quantity of 2.5 means 2.5 running metres of a single continuous piece.
Is there a minimum cut length?+
Most fabrics have a minimum cut of 1 metre; a few premium weaves start at 0.5 metre. The minimum is always shown on the product page next to the quantity selector.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?+
We photograph every fabric in natural light and keep edits minimal, but screens vary. Slight variation in colour and the small irregularities of handwork are natural to artisan textiles and not considered defects.
What is the fabric width?+
Widths typically range from 44 to 58 inches and are listed on each product page along with GSM, composition and care. This helps you calculate how much you need for your project.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery across India, and prices shown at checkout are inclusive of 5% GST. Online payment options are being added soon.
How long will delivery take?+
Standard delivery is 3–6 business days (free over ₹1,499), and express is 1–2 business days. You can follow your parcel any time on the track order page.
Can I return cut fabric?+
You have 7 days from delivery to return unused fabric in original condition. Because lengths are cut to order, cut fabric is accepted back when it arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?+
Yes — for bulk lengths, designer quantities or recurring orders, write to us and we'll share bulk pricing and lead times.
